Work in Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications China CTO technical management department, as Chief engineer and project manager
? Involving and lead Qualcommcheap straighteners android platform development? Chief engineer of STE platform in SEMC China; lead both China and Sweden’s HW/SW system engineers to build up and maintain the STE’s platform; system resource allocation and management; overall technology responsible for the platforms; define and drive the platform system KPI both HW/SW; help product engineers identify and solve the encountered problems in products development phase; organise task force and lead task force for specific issues; lead the test activity within platform, lead test team to build up the test cases for platform problems and define the schedule; introduce new technology and features into the platform; present to steer group regarding platform status and resource required for feature development; introduce new chips and components into platform and organize the verification; Approve the new components to be used on platform;chi pink dazzle maintain the cost of the platform
? Lead global technical teams to lead T707 product team to work out the AGPS pure UE-Assistant position feature(the first handsets full fill TMO US pure MSA requirement in SEMC);? Involving in SEMC TD-SCDMA vendors evaluation and draft platform architecture and roadmap
? Research and develop new technology and prototyping on products? Lead CMMB concept study on SEMC OSE platform and Symbian platform by cooperation with cross team members including HW/SW system engineers, OS/DD engineers from Design Unit (DU) China, EMP experts of Ericsson Sweden; responsible for project scope define, budget plan define, resource plan define; architecture design and solution design; Present the technology and demo the prototype to the portfolio planners and DU management teams to sell in the technology to our platform products

Chief engineer of Entry platform of SEMC T&R China; lead HW/SW system engineers to build up the TI platform and maintain the platform; overall technology responsible for the platform; draft platform intent and draft system platform’s schedule and resource allocation; introduce new technology into the platform; coordinate together with main platform PM on other sub projects; help DU engineers identify and solve the encountered problems during products’ development phase;?
